Return Policy:
Our 30-day return and refund policy is in effect. We are unable to provide you with a full refund or exchange after 30 days have passed since your purchase. Your item must be brand-new and in the same condition as you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in its original packing.

There are some products that cannot be returned. You cannot return items that have been opened or hardly used.

Other non-refundable products

  • Credit cards
  • a few items for personal care and health

We need a receipt or other evidence of purchase in order to process your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are some circumstances in which only partial refunds are allowed:

  • Products with clear signs of use
  • Any object that, for reasons not related to our error, is not in its original state, is damaged or is missing pieces.
  • Any product returned beyond the 30-day delivery window

 

Refund Policy:

We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and examined. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us. Within a predetermined number of days of receiving your approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original mode of payment.

Missing or Delayed Refunds

Check your bank account one more first if you haven’t gotten a return yet. Then get in touch with your credit card provider because it can take some time for the refund to appear on your account. Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is frequently a processing period.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to our address.

 

Gifts:

If you purchased the item as a gift and it was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you after the returned item has been received.

If the item was not designated as a gift when purchased, or the gift donor had the product shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and notify them of your return.

 

Shipping Returns:

To return your product, you should mail your product to our address. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping fees. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. The cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund if you receive one.

The time it takes for your returned product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

If you are returning an item that is more expensive, you might consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipment insurance. We cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received.
